Harry Potter Studio Tour

Last Friday I went to the Warner Bro's Harry Potter studio tour in Watford which was my 21st birthday present from my boyfriend. I had no idea what to expect but I knew that it was going to be good with all the reports I have read and what I heard from my friends. But... I did not know it was going to be such an amazing experience, honestly, the stuff they had was incredible. I have to take my hat off to all those behind the scenes, it was unbelievable the amount of work put into all eight films. There may be a few little spoilers in these images if you have not been and do not want to see what is at the tour, feel free to click off this post if so. However, I have kept the best bits a secret!

Hope you enjoy looking through the images of something so amazing, plus I even got to fly a broomstick and car!!

Would love to hear from your experience of the tour.

Feeling Girly

Skirt: Topshop, Top: Primark, Tights: Primark
Shoes: New Look, Jacket: Miss Selfridge (old)
Scarf: Little Independant Store

For the past couple of weeks I have experimented a little bit with my outfits, it had got to the point that wearing leggings every single day is very boring and all my outfits day in day out look exactly the same. I have recently purchased quite a few skirts and summery items to spice up my wardrobe for the coming seasons, so it had become the time where I actually wore them instead of being hidden away.

It is still a little bit chilly (stupid British weather) so I think that it is important to have layers, that way you can be as warm as possible if it drops cool or you can take things off it is gets a little warmer. This black skirt is an asymmetric wrap style where it goes a little bit longer on one side and has a bit of a point and cut out (not that you can tell in the images.) This is my new favourite style of skirt, I feel that the cut is perfect for my body shape, plus you can go for a mini skirt or a bit of a longer hem. I teamed it with my long pink top from Primark, why I had not thought of going for a jumper style top with skirt before I do not know, but I like it.

Do you like this style of skirt?

Urban Decay Naked 3 Pallet

For my birthday I was lucky enough to receive the Urban Decay, Naked 3 Pallet which has to be the prettiest eye shadow pallet ever!!

I had been looking at this pallet since it came out and made its way across the blogging world, I was majorly jealous seeing people feature this product in their posts and not being able to go out and get it myself *Sad face*. This one pallet is perfect for every occasion, with the pale colours on the left for day time and the darker colours on the right for the evenings.

They are quite pigmented, what shocked me was that the shadows are very powdery, I actually thought they were going to be a creamy consistency which glides along the eyelid. However, they do apply extremely well to the eye and are very vibrant colours which can be built up to your liking. I have not used all of these colours yet but so far the one that I have used the most is the Burnout, it is a gorgeous dark pink with a hint of bronze.

You also get a brush with the pallet, usually I am not a huge fan of the brushes that you get with make up products as I don't think that they are good quality. But, the two ended brush which has a powder and crease applicator is amazing, it applies the rose-hued neutral shadows super easy and is also perfect for blending colours together.

Overall I am not disappointed at all with the pallet, I absolutely love it and now wants to get my mits on the Naked and Naked 2 pallet.

Have you tried this product? What did you think about it?
