Little Black Dress

Dress: h&m, Blazer: River Island, Shoes, Next, Bag: Cambridge Market*, Necklace: Dorothy Perkins

Another week gone by and another weekend to have some fun!

I went for a slightly different outfit post today, you don't have to get really dressed up to feel good and have fun. It is a slight twist on the little black dress, I have gone with a quarter length sleeve skater dress and placed a winter blazer over the top for warmth. It really is a day to night look and something that you can feel comfortable in.

I chose my new slipper shoes to make it look a little quirkier alongside my satchel and a small necklace to add that little something to the middle of the outfit.

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend xx

Mac Obsessions

Bronzer: £12.75, Eyeshadow: £12.00, Lipstick, £14

I think it is a little bit obvious that I have a little obsession with Mac Cosmetics, these are the products that I picked up at Cheshire Oaks and they also feature in my haul post.

This bronzer in Peachtwist is quite similar to my other Mac bronzer in Buff however, when you apply it to the skin it looks completely different, it works very similarly to a blusher with brightening up my face and giving my cheeks a bit of a dewy complexion.

For a very long time I have been in search for the perfect eyeshadow which is very plain, simple and neutral to wear on a daily basis. I almost wanted to do a little dance around the shop when I found this Mac one called Sweet Satisfaction, I think the name works pretty well on this occasion! It goes on such a lovely very light beige/brown and really does brighten the eyes.

How could I not perfect the look without getting a lipstick? It has a nice finish to it on the lips, when it is applied it is quite a mid-tone pink and has a slight shimmer to it,which is what I would expect being in the Mineralize collection. It is so nice to apply,it makes your lips feel so soft, like you have just applied some lip balm, a huge bonus is that it does not have that horrible lipstick flavour to it.

Rocking the T-Shirt

Top: Levi's, Hoody: Jack Wills, Leather Jacket, h&m, Leggings: River Island, Scarf: London Street Stall, Shoes: Next

As you can see i have a change of location, I am trying to figure out what looks good, where the best lighting is etc. as it is not so easy for me to get some images taken somewhere nice outside. I would love to know whether you like my new location or if you prefer the old one.

This is actually my outfit from yesterday, I knew that today was going to be extremely busy and I did not want to miss a post. I was in lectures all day so I kind of wanted something comfortable to wear so I reached for my Levi's top which featured in my Haul post, I teamed it with some leggings a hoody and my new flats.

The Sunday Post - Cheshire Oaks, Food and More Food

Hope you all had a lovely weekend, mine really has been very busy once again. It involved shopping, all the boyfriends idea I have got to say, he either knows me rather too well or he is just as obsessed with it  - I think we shall go with the latter. My boyfriend decided on going to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet yesterday, it heavily involved trainer shopping within all the sports shops there, plus I found a really good cheap pair of Nike Free Runs *sobs*.

We had such a cute tea in an American Diner called Ed's, you sat down and at the table was a small jukebox (not quite sure if it actually worked or not). I went for a burger which is what I always pick when out for food, it was incredible I could just eat another one again, my boyfriend went for an all day breakfast burger,  it included a hash brown, fried egg, sausage alongside the burger. So weird! We ended the day in the bar trying out new Ciders and Beers.

Today has been quite a lazy day with a few errands to run, I also tried out one of the Boost smoothies, I think I had the Strawberry Burst it was sooooo nice. I can see how that place always has crowds of people stood around, it kind of makes me want to make my own smoothies. This weekend has really put my healthy eating on the back burner as tonight me and the boyfriend are ordering a Domino's and sitting down and watching the Superbowl- how exciting.

I think I might do a bit of a haul sometime this week, as I have a few bits and bobs picked up over January I would like to show you. xx
